In the case of enduro wheels and electric bicycles (e-bikes), the key role is primarily played by the failure-free and high durability of the set. Although low weight is an important aspect, it is secondary. In the process of building enduro wheels, we use dedicated rims for the heaviest applications from renowned brands in this segment, such as DT Swiss and ZTR Stan's NoTubes.
The wheels are available in two versions of the braid: Straightpull (straight spokes, 28 per wheel - meaning lower weight) and Classic (classic braid, 32 spokes). The higher number of spokes in the Classic version contributes to the durability of the wheel. Straightpull wheels are dedicated to lighter users or off-road, devoid of heavy loads, such as jumps from several-meter drops. Mullet 29/27.5″ sets with different rim sizes are also available and are gaining more and more followers.
Choosing the right spoke model is important when configuring wheels. By default, we use the Sapim D-Light model, which is characterized by relatively low weight and high strength. For very technically demanding terrain or for users where the total load exceeds 110 kg (bike, equipment and rider), we recommend choosing thicker Sapim Race spokes in the configurator. This option will increase the strength of the wheels, which is crucial in high-stress conditions. In addition, for the most demanding applications, consider brass nipples, which are stronger than lighter aluminum ones. Both types of nipples are available in the configurator, allowing you to customize your wheels.

We are confident that the ZTR Flow EX3 wheels are the most well thought-out wheel configuration, prioritizing ultra-strength and the ability to ride very aggressively. The wheels are built with a reinforced three-chambered rim, specially designed for World Cup enduro and DH competitions.
