We want you to be satisfied with your purchase at Lemonbike. However, if you decide that your purchase was wrong or anything else you don't like, there is a right to return the goods for up to 14 days without giving a reason. We will refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
The right of return does not apply to products made to individual order, such as individual painting, modification of product specifications under the request of the customer - that is, specifications not available in the presented collection on lemonbike.eu.
How to make a return?
1 Download below and fill out the refund form. Pay special attention to enter the correct bank account number to which the refund will be made.

2 Securely pack the product. We recommend that you use the same cardboard box in which you received the shipment. Please pay special attention to pack the product safely for return.

Information about withdrawal from the sales contract
Please be informed that the buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The term expires after 14 days from the moment of taking possession of the item (receiving the shipment). In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must send back the returned Goods to the Seller together with a statement of withdrawal (you can use the template provided) or previously inform the Seller by letter or e-mail info@lemonbike.eu along with sending the statement of withdrawal. In the event of cancellation of the sales contract, the Seller will refund the Buyer the costs received within 14 days of receipt of information about the return of the Goods. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until it receives the returned Goods. Refund of payment will be made to the account number indicated or through the payment platform that was used to pay for the order (e.g. Paypal, Payu). If the Goods are returned for cancellation of the contract of sale, in accordance with applicable law, the Buyer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the Goods resulting from the use of the Goods beyond visual inspection of the product to ascertain the characteristics of the Goods - that is, operational activities beyond visual inspection of the product in a stationary store, affecting the condition of the Goods identified as new and unused.
