Wheel service

We carry out comprehensive wheel service (inspection and periodic service, centering, checking the condition of hubs and others).
In order to start the service procedure, it is necessary to fill in online service request form.
We only service wheels that have been built at Lemonbike.

Claims and warranty handling

In order to report a complaint about goods, we recommend using the dedicated platform.

The course of the complaint process
  1. Submit a complaint through the dedicated platform or get in touch by sending an email to serwis@lemonbike.eu
  2. We will contact you to make arrangements for the transportation of goods.
  3. Upon receipt of the claimed goods, verification will be made.
  4. We will contact you about the decision.
Complaint decision

Positive:

  • Repair - if possible, the repair of goods or damaged components replaced with new ones will be implemented first.
  • Replacement - if repairs to the goods are not possible, a replacement with a new one will be implemented.
  • Refund - if it is not possible to repair and replace the claimed goods, a refund will be made.

Negative

  • Return of goods - the goods will be sent back to the indicated address.
  • If possible, we will provide other alternatives on how the resulting damage/defect, which does not qualify as a factory defect of the goods, can be repaired under the service.
