Product information

We build Wheels to order – according to the specifications of the selected components in the configurator when placing an order. The process begins with selecting a configurable product based on the rim model. In the configurator, wheelset components are chosen: hubs, spokes, nipples, as well as optionally tires, Tubes, or the preferred tire install method, and also optional accessories such as: valves, cassettes, brake rotors, tapes, and rim tapes. Below, we present commercial information regarding the manufacturers of components from brands available in our configurator.

    A The NX PG-1130 cassette is installed on a Shimano 9/10/11s MTB freehub body (please select this option in the configurator). Regarding QR and thru-axle adapters – this depends on the model of the selected hubs. If an additional charge for QR adapters appears in the configurator, it means we remove the factory 12x100 12x142 adapters (thru-axles) and install QR adapters. In this case, you receive the thru-axle adapters included. However, if no additional charge is present, the hubs remain in their factory version with QR axles – without additional thru-axle adapters.

    A Thru-axles 12x100 and 12x142, as well as QR axles (quick releases), differ in diameter, thus requiring the conversion of hub end-caps to the appropriate standard. DT Swiss hubs offer the simplest solution. You should order Wheels with 12x100 and 12x142 hub axle standards, and if QR axles are needed, you can purchase dedicated QR end-caps for DT Swiss hubs. Their replacement is very simple. Alternatively, you can select the QR axle option for DT Swiss hubs in the configurator – in this case, we will convert from the factory 12x100 and 12x142 end-caps to QR, and adapters for 12x100 and 12x142 thru-axles will be included separately, allowing for their later replacement.

    A Yes, please select both front QR and rear QR axles in our configurator. Wheels will fit your bike (QR 9x135, QR 9x100).

    A Yes, of course. Please select tires in the configurator, and then under "valves" - select Tubes and tapes along with install. You will receive ready-to-use Wheels with tires installed.

    A The DT G 540 is a high-durability rim, well-suited for a trekking bike if you prioritize high-quality Wheels. We recommend selecting brass nipples in the configurator, which will further enhance the durability of the Wheels. Regarding hubs, if your budget allows, we recommend upgrading to DT 370 series hubs, which are exceptionally well-sealed and operate with a reliable ratchet mechanism.

    A WTB 2.35 tires suggest MTB use, therefore, Wheels built with the XM 421 rim (25 mm internal) would be more suitable.
