The New Disc 45 model in an additional PLUS version with a wider rim of 23mm inside and 31mm outside. The widened rim works more effectively with road and allroad tires wider than 28c. This allows you to take full advantage of the benefits of optimizing the rim-tire combination: improved aerodynamics, higher ride comfort and more effective damping of bumps in the wilderness. The universal rim deep 45mm ensures efficiency and high performance in diverse conditions - both on hilly and flat sections.
For 25-28c road tires, in order to achieve lower wheel weight while maintaining optimal rim-to-tire aerodynamics, a better choice would be the standard New Disc 45 model with a 21mm inner width rim.
