We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from lemonbike. However, if you find the purchase unsatisfactory or dislike anything else, you have the right to return the goods within 14 days without stating a reason. We will refund the purchase cost within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
The right of return does not apply to products made to individual order, e.g., custom painting, modification of product specifications at the Customer's request – meaning specifications not available in the presented collection on the lemonbike.eu website.
How to make a return?
1. Download and complete the return form below. Please pay particular attention to entering the correct bank account number to which the refund will be issued.

2. Securely pack the product. We recommend using the same cardboard box in which the shipment was received. Please ensure the product is securely packed for return.
3. The return form and proof of purchase must be included with the return shipment.

5. Upon receipt of the shipment and verification of the returned product, we will refund the purchase cost to the bank account provided in the form within 14 days.
Information on Withdrawal from the Sales Contract
We inform you that the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without stating a reason. The deadline expires after 14 days from the moment of taking possession of the item (receiving the shipment). To exercise the right of withdrawal, the returned Goods must be sent back to the Seller along with a declaration of withdrawal from the contract (a provided template can be used), or the Seller must be informed beforehand by mail or email at info@lemonbike.eu, along with the submission of the declaration of withdrawal. In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, the Seller shall refund the Buyer the received costs within 14 days of receiving information about the return of the Goods. The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned Goods are received. The refund will be processed to the specified bank account number or via the payment platform used to pay for the order (e.g., Paypal, Payu). In the event of returning the Goods due to withdrawal from the sales contract, in accordance with applicable law, the Buyer is liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from their use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Goods – i.e., operational activities exceeding visual inspection of the product in a physical store, compromising the condition of the Goods defined as new and unused. The Buyer bears the direct cost of returning the Goods, equivalent to the shipping fee for the parcel containing the Goods or any other chosen means of transport.
