Product information

We build Wheels to order – according to the specifications of the selected components in the configurator when placing an order. The process begins with selecting a configurable product based on the rim model. In the configurator, wheelset components are chosen: hubs, spokes, nipples, as well as optionally tires, Tubes, or the preferred tire install method, and also optional accessories such as: valves, cassettes, brake rotors, tapes, and rim tapes. Below, we present commercial information regarding the manufacturers of components from brands available in our configurator.

    A Yes – this is the standard QR axle size for road bikes. Please select the QR option in the configurator for both the front and rear Wheel – the set will fit.

    A For the DT E550 model, the text on the rim is a durable sticker, but it can be removed.

    A The main difference between DT 350 and DT 240 EXP hubs is primarily weight – the DT 240 has a lighter body. Another significant difference is the design of the ratchet mechanism. The DT 350 model uses two independent ratchet rings, which are easily accessible, whereas in the DT 240, one of the rings is integrated into the hub body. Regarding the performance of both models, it is very similar. Both the DT 350 and DT 240 EXP are equipped with high-quality bearings and feature good Sealant.

    A Both spoke models are very good. CX-Ray spokes are distinguished by their lower weight, while Race offers greater durability. The choice depends on the user's individual preferences. We recommend the CX-Ray model if the combined weight of the user, bike, and equipment does not exceed 90 kg. In contrast, Sapim Race are robust, durable spokes that allow for the construction of exceptionally long-lasting Wheels.
    5. Hello, if I select the QR install method for DT350 hubs, is the thru-axle install system also included? I currently have an older bike with QR, but I'd like to be able to switch bikes (to one with thru-axles) and retain the same Wheels. I understand these are additional adapters and that the change is fully reversible? Thank you in advance for your response.

    A If you select DT 350 hubs in our configurator and change the axles to QR, you will also receive end-caps for thru-axles with the Wheels. This will allow you to use these Wheels in the future on a bike with 12x100 and 12x142 axles (i.e., thru-axles).
