Product information

Wheels we build to order – according to the specification of selected components in the configurator when placing the order. The process begins with the selection of a configurable product based on the rim model. The components of the wheel set are selected in the configurator: hubs, spokes, nipples , and optionally tires, Tubes or preferred method of tire mounting, also optional accessories such as: valves , cassettes, brake discs, tapes and tapes for rims. Below we present commercial information regarding the manufacturers of components of the given brands available in our configurator.

    A Yes - this is the standard QR axle size for road bikes. Please select QR option in the configurator: both front and rear Wheel - the set will fit.

    A The main difference between the DT 350 and DT 240 EXP hubs is primarily weight - the DT 240 has a lighter body. Another major difference is the design of the ratchet mechanism. The DT 350 uses two independent ratchet rings, which are easy to access, while the DT 240 has one of the rings integrated into the hub body. As for the performance of both models, it is very similar. Both the DT 350 and DT 240 EXP are equipped with high-quality bearings and feature good seals.

    A Both models of spokes are very good. CX-Ray is distinguished by its lower weight, while Race is more durable. The choice depends on the individual preferences of the user. The CX-Ray model is recommended if the combined weight of the user, bike and equipment does not exceed 90 kg. Sapim Race , on the other hand, is a solid, durable spoke that allows you to build extremely durable wheels.
    5. Good day, When you select for the Dt350 hubs the mounting method for QR, is there also a rigid axle mounting system included? I currently have an older bike with QR, but would like to be able to change bikes (with rigid axles) and keep the same wheels. I understand that these are some additional adapters and it is fully reversible? Thank you in advance for your reply.

    A If you choose DT 350 hubs and change axles to QR in our configurator, you will also receive end-caps for rigid axles together with the wheels. This will allow you to use these wheels in the future also on a bike with 12x100 and 12x142 axles (that is, rigid axles).
